“Having been born and bred in Suffolk, John and I have been friends and business partners for over 30 years. We have been fortunate enough to run a number of local property businesses together and call this wonderful county our home. There is no doubt that one of the the secrets to our 30 year partnership, is our joint passion for transforming unloved spaces into individual and beautiful homes. For many, the prospect of taking on a half-finished development of this size is a non-starter, but for us… well… we couldn’t wait to get started.
We have been fortunate enough that the Council’s continued investment into the marina and the location of key University buildings ensured the initial vision for the Ipswich Marina remained on track. With the superb culture offered by Dance East and the thriving Salthouse Harbour Hotel, the quayside has continued to develop. Add to this the variety of entertainment offered by the numerous bars, restaurants and coffee shops spread along the waterfront, the Marina has become one of the most sought-after locations in the county. We hope that when you visit our show apartment you will appreciate that every little detail has been meticulously thought through and that this is a development by people who really care.
