The Winerack has been awarded ‘Winner’ of the LABC British Excellence Awards 2020 for ‘Best High Volume New Housing Development’.

The prestigious waterfront development of luxury apartments has been recognised for building excellence in the delivery of outstanding construction and workmanship.

As well as winning the best development, The Winerack was also a finalist in the ‘Best Commercial Project’ category.
