Help to Buy deadline fast approaching… Don’t miss the boat!

There is just under two weeks until the Help to Buy deadline for ‘next-time’ buyers. You have until Tuesday 15th December 2020 to take advantage of the Help to Buy Equity Loan Scheme. This is to allow enough time for sales to legally complete by 31 March 2021 when the current scheme ends.

Reserve before the 15th December and the Government will lend you up to 20% of the cost of your newly built apartment, so you’ll only need a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage to make up the rest.
