
Why Rent When You Can Buy?
There are many benefits to buying a property as opposed to renting, with good resources available online detailing the pro’s and con’s of both. We always advise you to do your research first. However, the biggest motivator we have seen from previous renters buying at The Winerack is that they have ended up spending less on a mortgage each month than on their rent.
For example, our 809 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with large south facing balcony has a rental valuation of £1,250pm and a mortgage valuation of £830pm. A significant monthly saving and something not to be missed whilst we have a few remaining apartments to buy.
